An Exercise To Reflect and Motivate?

Take a deep breath and think about all the things you are thankful for. Right now, grab your phone, tablet or a pen and paper and right down all the things that make YOU happy. Is it the smell of freshly cut grass on a summer morning? Watching old Christmas movies on a snowy December night with your loved ones? Or maybe rooting for your favorite team? Take your time and don’t forget the little things. Especially the little things…

When the tears stop, take a deep breath, smile and say Thank You to your creator for not only giving you the life to experience what you just wrote down, but giving you clarity on what you have to live for. Keep it with you at all times. It will be your private inspiration and give you the strength to charge ahead and BULLY CANCER!
